What form of payment do you accept?

· Presently cash and check are accepted forms of payment.  Payment in full is due at the time of the scheduled service. 

How do I start my pet’s services?

·We do require a consultation for all new clients.  This is free of charge and usually takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.  This gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pets and helps us to customize a service tailored to your pets needs.  At the end of the consultation we will go over and sign the Client Service Agreement.  If for some reason you wish not to proceed at that time, a $10 charge will be applied for a return consultation visit and Client Service Agreement signing. 

Will my dog be on-leash at all times?

· Absolutely!  Off-leash handling in public outdoor areas can present a harmful environment for your dog.  We use sturdy nylon leashes with dual loops for more control and safer handling.

How many dogs are walked at any given time?

· In order to provide the one on one your pet deserves, only yours will be walked.  If there is more than one dog in your family we can discuss that during the free initial consultation.

Does my pet need to be vaccinated?

· Yes, your pet is required to be kept up to date on all vaccinations.  Proof must be provided before services may begin or continue.  This is required to ensure a safe working environment for us and for the next client’s pets we visit.

What am I responsible for providing?

· For service involving dogs we do require that you provide a collar with ID tags.  The collar must not be of the restrictive cinch/choke type. 

· A key must be provided for access to your home and pets.  This key will be kept on the employee at all times during the service and will be kept in a secure and undisclosed location by Green Pawz Dog Walking when not in use.  We will retain your keys for further services.  If you wish, we will return the keys at no charge the first time, however, we will charge a $10 fee for key pickup if our services are need thereafter.  Garage key codes are not accepted due to unexpected power outages that may occur.

·All pet food, cat litter, medications, or other pet supplies must be fully stocked.  A $15 restocking fee plus the price of the items that need replenishing will be charged.

What areas/cities do you provide services for?

· Services are provided throughout a wide range of areas/cities in the South Puget Sound.  For those clients that live outside the free 10 mile radius, a .25 cent per each additional mile charge will be applied.   This will be discussed at the time of the free initial consultation.
